I wanted to say thank you very much to Nicholas Morgan at the aurora location. We had a difficult experience purchasing furniture initially and he took things under control and completely rectified the situation. He was professional and prompt with our questions and helped us located furniture even though it wasn’t at his location. He followed through on his promises and saved a customer. We will purchase again from the room place.

We really want to just make sure and recognize Brian Shay at the Algonquin, IL store on Randall Road. We always dread furniture shopping even when we know exactly what we want, because it never fails that we get followed and hounded all over the store.

Today we met Brian right up front first step inside the doors, we had already chosen on-line the sectional we wanted and just needed to see it and the colors in real life. Brian took us straight to it, explained the color options and some of the mechanical options with the sectional. Then he stepped away and gave us a good 25-30 ft of privacy with no break ins, no sales pitch, and no annoying interruptions while my wife and I discussed our options and desired final product.

We asked Brian back a few times, for a measuring tape, a request to know about the consoles, and 2 quotes for 2 desired arrangements we were considering. Let it be known he knocked all of that out of the park with us. Couldn’t have done a better job.

We would/will come back to work directly with Brian again on our next purchase. Can’t say enough how appreciative we were of his service style. We appreciated him enough to go over budget and that’s saying something with us.

Please let Brian know we sent this at a minimum, but if possible he’s deserving of more in recognition.

I had the BEST experience at the Greenwood, IN location. Brianna was beyond helpful in answering all of my many, many questions and did so with a smile the entire time! When it came time to place an order, Robert (the Manager) came over, walked me through my options, and was extremely helpful. Rarely does customer service impress me to this degree! I realize that customers are quick to file a complaint, but I wanted to give praise to these two representatives because their curtesy and attentiveness was simply AWESOME! I will be returning to this location for further furniture purchases in the future.

We were shopping for living room furniture stopped by at Room place in Bloomingdale and met a very talented gentleman Mr.Mansoor Malik who not only helped us pick the right set but also provided precise material information and color matching within our budget. We end up purchasing furniture.We have received delivery and it looks wonderful. Here we go again we end up at room place and also bought bedroom set for our daughter. Thanks room place for excellent designs and picking up right people like Mr.Malik to present your products. I present my personal thanks to Mr.Malik for demonstrating tremendous patience and no pressure buying experience at Bloomingdale Room Place.

Bloomingdale Store

Dear Sir or Madam

Two months back I drove to the Room Place located at Army Trail Road and Gary Avenue in the suburbs of Chicago. My experience was one of the best and pleasant experiences of my life. This was for two good factors. The first being the absolute professional customer service by Mr. Mansoor Malik. His knowledge on the pricing, the product discussed and his overall approach towards what and what should not be considered when purchasing specific items was well worth the consideration. In the end we left the place as happy customers, and his was primarily due to Mr. Mansoor's presentation in terms of how he was able to give us his undivided attention and assist us in selecting the sets that we bought.

We ended up selecting a mattress that was not the right choice for us. Mr. Malik once again did the best he could and provided us the best possible and doable solutions to the issue. It is due to this latter brief issue that the GM Mr. Tanveer also joined in to resolve the matter for us. Once again, Mr. Tanveer was equally extremely helpful and a very decent personality to deal with. He exercised all his authorities as the GM of the location and gave us the best options, based on the suggestions of Mr. Mansoor.

All is well that ends well. One of the best teams to approach for any furniture purchase and a truly great experience at Room Place. No exaggeration, but I am truly a fan of this franchise from the get go.

Pleased with The RoomPlace from beginning to end..

To whom it may concern:

As a business owner, I have become quite aware the only comments given to management regarding services and products are from customers shouting from the rooftops about problems. My experience with The RoomPlace in Castleton, Indiana was quite the opposite, and I think management should know how great their employees are. (This is a little lengthy, but everyone was so thorough, I want no one and no part of the experience to be left out.)

After walking through competitor show rooms and pouring over websites, I walked into your Castleton store on July 22. I was greeted with smiles and hellos from a couple of sales associates, and Todd stepped forward to help me. He asked lots of questions, but applied no evident sales pressure because I had said today was only a product testing, measuring, and picture taking visit. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.

I left the store with lots of product knowledge and Todds' business card, but no decision. I contacted him with options, pricing, and availability questions on two sectional groups. He quickly responded each time. I was invited back into the store, even just to sit on the pieces again.

On July 29, I came back into the store, sat on the pieces again (per Todd's suggestion) just to be sure. I even decided on a bed, as well.

During the order process, I was offered coffee and a comfy, lounge chair…greatly appreciated! (Kittles had me stand beside the computer

stand.) Cassi at the back desk took care of payment and some paperwork, with a friendly, patient smile as everyone buzzed around her and I asked more questions. All paperwork, warranty, and delivery information was thoroughly explained by Todd before I left the store.

August 2, a representative called to schedule a delivery window for August 3, as planned. I returned the call, and the first person I spoke with was able to help me. Does that happen?

August 3, the driver called 30 minutes before arrival (which was actually in the set window). Wayne and Dan pulled in right on time. Both delivery men were professional, thorough, efficient, and friendly. I was asked to check pieces (including the undersides) as they unpacked and set up my new furniture. They even let me put my bedding together. Upon leaving, they thanked me for my business (and for the cold water

bottles) and removed the huge amount of packing trash in its entirety.

During the process, Todd called to check on the delivery and condition of my new furniture. I must have said "I love it!" a hundred times. The Metropolitan looked even better than I had hoped, and the quality of the sectional and bed wasn't at all what I would have expected from an "affordable" furniture store.

Needless to say, this customer is overwhelmingly pleased with The RoomPlace from beginning to end. I have given several Facebook and Twitter shout outs and plugs. (I have photos of delivery if anyone wants

them.) Also, my mother is contacting Todd about a new chaise for her home. You have definitely gained a loyal, repeat customer.

Great Experience!

This was my first time moving out with my BF. Everything that was planned for the move in day started to go down hill, except for my couch I ordered from the RoomPlace. My entire experience with this store was amazing and the best thing about my whole moving experience. There was great customer service that answered all my questions and concerns right away and was always friendly and positive. The delivery was very quick and efficient, I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend them! Thanks soo much:)

Outstanding!

I recently moved to a new state, far from family, friends, and all my familiar shopping spots. When setting up our new household we discovered we had lost a shade ring for a lamp we purchased at The Room Place two years ago. I had no information about my purchase with me and spent a lot of time online trying to find a replacement piece. I finally reached out to customer service at the store in Avon, IN where we purchased the lamp. Thank goodness I was helped by Arnie Franks!! He went above and beyond to help me get the piece I needed. He helped track down a supplier and had the ring mailed to me in MN. I can't thank him enough. It would have been so easy to just blow me off and say he couldn't help me but he didn't. At a time I really felt alone in a new place, he really saved me from having a meltdown about one more thing. Thanks Arnie Franks for outstanding customer service!

Excellent Customer Service

Just had to share about the excellent customer service my husband and I received by Ruben Avila in your Lombard location. Ruben assisted us with the purchase of a new bed and unlike other furniture stores, allowed us the time to talk and discuss our purchase . Thanks Ruben, we will return.
