I recently moved to a new state, far from family, friends, and all my familiar shopping spots. When setting up our new household we discovered we had lost a shade ring for a lamp we purchased at The Room Place two years ago. I had no information about my purchase with me and spent a lot of time online trying to find a replacement piece. I finally reached out to customer service at the store in Avon, IN where we purchased the lamp. Thank goodness I was helped by Arnie Franks!! He went above and beyond to help me get the piece I needed. He helped track down a supplier and had the ring mailed to me in MN. I can't thank him enough. It would have been so easy to just blow me off and say he couldn't help me but he didn't. At a time I really felt alone in a new place, he really saved me from having a meltdown about one more thing.
