I bought a twin master pad and I went back since I didn’t like it. It was just so thin. Got there and found out that the store has a no return policy which I was surprised. I was frustrated and I just need to talk to the manager to air out my disappointments. He explained to me why and then offered me a replacement which is a thicker one with no extra money involve. Now, that’s what I call "customer satisfaction!" The two gentlemen names that helped me were: Steve Rojo and Zoran Matijevic (I think my spelling are correct)..Great job in exceeding customer satisfaction.
