Question: When should I replace my mattress?

Answer: Every 5-7 years. The length of time a mattress will last varies depedning on the mattress type, but it is often suggested to replace your mattress every 5-7 years.
Your mattress may not look like it needs to be replaced, but chances are your sleep needs, patterns and lifestyle have changed. Your old mattress may not be the best
fit for the person you are today - Has your weight changed? Have you developed back problems? Have you gotten married?
