I do not like buying furniture. I don’t like pushy sales people, I don’t like getting the runaround on delivery, and I don’t like when the furniture is delivered and pieces are missing or it’s treated like garbage. I have to say, my experience at the Arlington Heights store was completely different. Our salesman (I can’t remember his name, tall guy, sports fan, we talked about the Beastie Boys) was awesome. Helpful, not pushy, genuinely seemed interested in getting us what we needed. I spoke with several people throughout the day on the phone when my furniture was delivered, and every single one was happy to help, friendly, went out of their way to make sure I had the information I needed. The delivery men, very nice, very aware of my 2 kids running around, not really staying out of the way (but trying). They were efficient, polite, and very nice. I just had to write and say I am so impressed with the level of customer service I have received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store.
