I had a great experience at the Merrillville store with the manager, Chadi, and his staff. I am a first time customer and will be back. The delivery drivers carried the sofas from the truck to my lake home, which was a long walk down a hilly road – it was very difficult and they did not complain once. In my home, the drivers put down protection on my new carpet. I will be back.
